Campbell's Bio

My Name is Campbell Tarpey I am from Apex, NC. Enjoying my time at Apex High School I continued my education to Campbell University. There I was blessed with an opportunity to play football under Head Coach, and former Carolina Panther, Mike Minter with the Fighting Camels Football Team. At Campbell University I earned a bachelor's Trust & Wealth Management with a minor in Finance. While I was obtaining my education I was able to participate in two wonderful internships with two great institutions. The first was Wells Fargo Bank and Trust in Seattle, Washington, and First Citizens in Raleigh, NC.

Continuing my educational journey I obtained my Masters in Business Administration. After which, I was faced with continuing my education or joining the "real world". After deciding to continue my educational experience I decided to attend Campbell's very own Law School. I continue to bring value to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level from my very short and full experiences that I have had in life. From the leadership on the field to my work off the field. I am always eager to listen to others ideas and find the best solution for the mission ahead. All with one goal, to make myself better, and those around me through my work, leadership, and volunteer work.

Juris Doctor

Campbell Law challenges you to learn using the highest standards of thinking, writing, and speaking. Students routinely make relevant and valid judgments, integrate values, and maintain the highest standards of professional excellence. Our rigorous, three-year Juris Doctor program requires a core track of courses and a total of 90 hours for graduation.
The curriculum stems from our commitment to a genuinely professional legal education, combining theoretical inquiry with practical skills development. As a result, you analyze the law, construct and evaluate legal arguments, and resolve legal problems.
Throughout your studies, you will have the opportunity to become equipped with comprehensive skills and experience in planning, counseling, negotiation, legal drafting, trial and appellate advocacy, and alternative forms of dispute resolution.
You will enjoy small class sizes in many of your courses and a faculty dedicated to mentoring. Upon graduation, you will enter the workforce confident that you are fully prepared for a successful legal career.
